The Position: Assistant General Manager
The base pay range for this position is a salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year.
Assistant General Managers will assist with hiring, training, and managing the front of house team, among other responsibilities. They are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our guests and staff and maintaining the highest standards of service and integrity.
Responsibilities:
Assist directly with hiring and training decisions for the front of house team
Hold team accountable for company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
Oversee and ensure that all company systems and policies are maintained
Be attentive of all guests and managers while on the floor
Make sure all new employees go through the proper training and have all the necessary tools to be successful
Enforce and maintain all labor laws and practices
Assist the General Manager in all forecasting and budgeting
Attend all necessary senior management meetings in the absence of the General Manager

The base pay range for this position is a salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
